Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Angler’s Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Shimano fishing gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Important Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products once opened:
- Braid scissors, cutters & knot tools
- Brag mats & fish measuring equipment
All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Product name (e.g., “Shimano Baitcast Combo”)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions within 2 business days. Returns without a RAN cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your:
- Refund is processed
- Exchange item is shipped (with tracking information)
Refund Information
Timing:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after approval (processing time depends on your financial institution)
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Visa/MasterCard/JCB: Credited back to your card
- PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Information
- We’ll ship your replacement once the return is received and inspected
- Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the exchanged item costs more, you’ll be invoiced for the difference

Damaged or Defective Items
If your Shimano fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

International Returns
For customers outside the US:
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
